The Pickers Union

Located just a little further north from North Geelong Railway station, The Pickers Union cafe is a hidden gem tucked away in the industrial area along Mackey St. It is a small cafe front to the Geelong Vintage Market and has a buzzing, casual atmosphere that is both kid and dog friendly.

One of my early finds when I moved into Geelong was Box Office café. Immediately drawn in by its outdoor undercover area and dog and kid friendly atmosphere, this café and bar located just of Pakington Street, Geelong, doesn’t disappoint.

Pistol Pete’s Food n Blues

We ordered a feast; the youngest two shared a Southern Dinner with pulled pork, Cajun fries and cornbread, hubby had the Chick n Shrimp Box and a cup of gumbo and my eldest daughter and I both had the Soft Shell Crab Po’Boy.
