It was a gorgeous summers day when I finally made it to Bricktown – a venue I have been dying to check out since I started this blog. Bricktown is known for their mouth watering sangas but there is so much more to this cosy little venue tucked away in Queenscliff off the main strip.

Soft Cafe
The menu is equally divided between breakfast and lunch options, and includes items such as wings on a Tuscan salad, club sandwich, brekky burger and mushroom bruschetta – yum!
The Pickers Union
Located just a little further north from North Geelong Railway station, The Pickers Union cafe is a hidden gem tucked away in the industrial area along Mackey St. It is a small cafe front to the Geelong Vintage Market and has a buzzing, casual atmosphere that is both kid and dog friendly.
Common People
A small but inviting venue, this cafe is unpretentious and is suited to intimate catch ups of two and three.

At the heart of an industrial park in Drysdale sits Ground Zero cafe. Simple, clean and classy, this cafe has a comfortable outdoor dining space and modern interior.
